Actually, the BCCI has made a rule that now every team will have to complete their 20 overs in 90 minutes.
Earlier, the rule was that the 20th over should be started in 90 minutes, but now within an hour and a half the scheduled 20 overs will have to be finished. In 90 minutes, the teams will get two time outs of two and a half minutes.
Meaning teams will have to throw a total of 20 overs in 85 minutes. According to this, every team will have to throw 14.11 overs in an hour.
